中國律師：加強交流互鑑，傳遞中國律師智慧。
“一帶一路”是“和平合作、開放包容、互學互鑑、互利共贏”絲綢精神的薪火相傳，是中國深化改革開放、深度融入世界，廣泛互聯互通、推動共同發展的重大戰略舉措。貫穿了亞歐非大陸，跨越不同地域、不同發展階段、不同文明，陸上以沿線城市為支撐、海上以港口為支點，涉及60多個國家和地區，為沿線各國交流互惠搭建了廣闊的舞臺。各國在走出去、引進來的過程中，對各類法律事務的需求大幅提升，各國律師間的國際交流與合作也不斷增加。中國律師順應時勢，積極參加國際性、區域間的商務洽談、論壇交流、糾紛化解等活動，主動了解熟悉各有關國家的政治、經濟、文化、法律、宗教及風俗習慣等等；同時，作為中華優秀文化的傳承者，在廣泛的交流合作中注重弘揚中華傳統優秀文化思想，增進了解，尋求共識。
To Transfer the Wisdom of Chinese Lawyer by Strengthening Communication and Mutual Learning.
The spirit of Silk Road (peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning and mutual benefit) passing the torch to “the Belt and Road Initiatives” which is the major strategic initiatives of China deepening reform and opening up, better integration into the world, extensive interconnection, and pushing the common development.
It runs through the Asian and European continent, goes across different regions, stages of development and civilizations. The Belt and Road Initiatives is supported by the cities and ports along the land and maritime route. A broad stage has set up for communication and mutual benefit which involves more than 60 countries and regions.
In the process of going out and bringing in, the demand for all kinds of legal affairs has been greatly increased in various countries. Therefore, international exchanges and cooperation among lawyers are also increasing.
Chinese lawyers should go with the times. They should actively participate in international and regional business negotiations, BBS exchanges and dispute resolution activities; proactively be familiar with the politics, economy, culture, law, religion and customs of the countries concerned. Meanwhile, as the inheritor of Chinese excellent culture, Chinese lawyers need pay more attention to the development of Chinese traditional cultural ideas, enhancing understanding and seeking consensus in the wide range of communication and cooperation.
