曾經，我們對宅男宅女的認識就兩字“懶人”，不上學、不就業、也不接受就業培訓，能站著就不走、能坐就不站、能躺就不坐。整個就是一社會的多餘份子，尤其不能被我們這些所謂的上班族接受！
現在可好，全民宅起來！貌似國家號召，法律法規要求，要我們儘可能少串門、不聚會，宅在家以保證不接受病源，不傳播病源，做個有素質的社會公民。因為宅是對自己對家人對社會最好的交代。
之前對“宅人”不屑一顧，現在卻要冠冕堂皇“宅”起來，我們該如何調整自己呢？如果認為“宅”好，說明我們之前誤解了“宅人”；如果我們不認同“宅”，卻要如此執行，說明我們虛偽。但是，不管如何，質量的最高境界就是呈現事情本來的樣子，所以我們要好好的溯源一下“宅”！
宅，其本質可以理解為專業，理念較為接近於“研究精神”、“探索精神”或者“鑽研精神”！因為對某一領域的專注與熱衷，又有永不滿足的向上心和表現欲，所以願意花更多的時間在自己專注的領域。加上現在的外賣、網購、和信息共享讓這種專注更容易實現，所以說“宅人”可以理解為“專家”而不是“懶人”。
不管怎麼樣，我們都要準備“宅”起來了，而且要做有品質的“宅人”，不會的就看過來！
首先，要調整好心態，因為情人節，你不一定能見到自己心裡想的那個人。
其次，要安排好自己的作息時間，以前優秀是因為有單位和學校約束咱們，現在是自己當家做主了，別玩壞了革命的本錢。
然後，向真正的“宅人”學習，要讓自己變得更專業，以防萬一。萬一將來單位領導看不上了，還可以重回江湖；萬一將來看不上單位領導了，也可以做個正宗的宅人！
