曾经，我们对宅男宅女的认识就两字“懒人”，不上学、不就业、也不接受就业培训，能站着就不走、能坐就不站、能躺就不坐。整个就是一社会的多余份子，尤其不能被我们这些所谓的上班族接受！
现在可好，全民宅起来！貌似国家号召，法律法规要求，要我们尽可能少串門、不聚会，宅在家以保证不接受病源，不传播病源，做个有素质的社会公民。因为宅是对自己对家人对社会最好的交代。
之前对“宅人”不屑一顾，现在却要冠冕堂皇“宅”起来，我们该如何调整自己呢？如果认为“宅”好，说明我们之前误解了“宅人”；如果我们不认同“宅”，却要如此执行，说明我们虚伪。但是，不管如何，质量的最高境界就是呈现事情本来的样子，所以我们要好好的溯源一下“宅”！
宅，其本质可以理解为专业，理念较为接近于“研究精神”、“探索精神”或者“钻研精神”！因为对某一领域的专注与热衷，又有永不满足的向上心和表现欲，所以愿意花更多的时间在自己专注的领域。加上现在的外卖、网购、和信息共享让这种专注更容易实现，所以说“宅人”可以理解为“专家”而不是“懒人”。
不管怎么样，我们都要准备“宅”起来了，而且要做有品质的“宅人”，不会的就看过来！
首先，要调整好心态，因为情人节，你不一定能见到自己心里想的那个人。
其次，要安排好自己的作息时间，以前优秀是因为有单位和学校约束咱们，现在是自己当家做主了，别玩坏了革命的本钱。
然后，向真正的“宅人”学习，要让自己变得更专业，以防万一。万一将来单位领导看不上了，还可以重回江湖；万一将来看不上单位领导了，也可以做个正宗的宅人！
