4月12日消息，據外媒 BleepingComputer 報道，微軟在四月份提供更新中的修補程序將會與殺毒軟件產生衝突，這可能會導致 Windows 7、Windows 8.1、Windows Server 2012和Windows Server 2012 R2凍結、無法啟動或持續顯示安裝更新頁面。
據悉，與此次微軟更新產生衝突的殺毒軟件有Sophs Endpoint Protection和AVAST for Business and CloudCare。
四月份 Microsoft Windows 的更新補丁有：
2019年4月9日-KB4493467(僅限安全更新)-Windows 8.1、Windows Server 2012 R2。
2019年4月9日-KB4493446(每月彙總)-Windows 8.1，Windows Server 2012 R2。
2019年4月9日-KB4493448(僅限安全條件下更新)-Windows 7 Service Pack 1、Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1。
2019年4月9日-KB4493472(每月彙總)-Windows 7 Service Pack 1、Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1。
2019年4月9日-KB4493450(僅限安全條件下更新)-Windows Server 2012，Windows Embedded 8標準版。
2019年4月9日-KB4493451(每月彙總)-Windows Server 2012，Windows Embedded 8標準。
其中，KB4493472和 KB4493448以及 Internet Explorer 的累積安全更新 KB4493435 補丁的更新將會導致 Windows 凍結問題，除此以外，Windows 10的 KB4493509 補丁和Windows 7的 KB4493472 和KB4493448 補丁將導致 Windows 的運行速度比正常慢。
目前，微軟已經意識到這一問題，並且停止向微軟用戶提供這些更新，不過仍未推出修復這一 BUG 的更新。專家建議，已經接受更新並出現問題的用戶可以通過刪除該更新來使 Windows 恢復正常。
據悉，Windows 10也可能受到影響。對於受影響的用戶，可以卸載以下更新，使電腦正常使用：
Windows 10 1709：KB4493441。
Windows 10 1803：KB4493464。
Windows 10 1809：KB4493509。
Windows 10 1903：KB4495666。
