have no choice but to do和can't choose but do 兩種表達方式都沒問題。只是語法現象不同。前者的but to do是不定式，做choice的定語，而後者的but do是與choose並列的謂語。
choice是名詞，在句中做賓語，choose是動詞，作謂語。
couldn't choose but do
can't choose but do something
強調“別無選擇”，此時可以說與can’t help but 完全同義，如“我不能不感到遺憾”就可以用不同的手段表示——
I cannot choose but be sorry.（除了遺憾別無選擇）
I cannot help but be sorry. （除了遺憾只能無可奈何）
