A conference was held in Hangzhou to discuss on the building of International Cultural and Creative Center and the promotion of Zhejiang Cultural Industrial Belt yesterday. Hangzhou aims to build an “international cultural and creative center”.
By 2022, an international cultural and creative center that takes the lead not only in China but in the world will be finished.The added value of cultural and creative industry will reach 5 trillion yuan, and the total output may reach 20 trillion.
