是的，它让我保持身材，它让我面面俱到，而不仅仅是外部。这是我宣泄压力的出口，这里是我的世外桃源，我的幸福花园。Yes it keeps me in shape but also keeps me in check in many ways other than just the outside. This is my outlet for stress relief, it s my sweet escape, my happy place.
这是始终如一的工作，激情，不断前进继续潜行。它教会我要有耐心，相信过程和旅程。关键是一切皆有可能，不是一夜之间，也不是几个月。It's pure consistency, work, passion to keep pushing, to keep going.It taught me to be patient and to just trust the process and journey.The point is that anything is possible it's not over night it's not in a couple of months.
每个人都从某处开始。记住你来自哪里，为什么你总是保持诚实和谦卑。还要记住，竟无止境。提醒大家不要把自己任何人作比较！Everyone starts somewhere. Remember where you came from and why you started always remain trueand humble.Also keep in mind that there is always room for improvemment. Reminder to everyone to never compare yourself to anyone!
火在燃烧，一个真正的信徒在为你自己而不是做给别人看。我们必须继续前进，我们必须在各个方面保持成长。The fire is burning and a true believer in do it for yourself not for anybody else. We must keep going we must keep growing in every single way.
我们都是独一无二的。铁杵继续磨成针，继续，好，更好，最好。不要让它休息。直到你的更好，更好变成最好。这就是我健美的动力。We're all unique in our own ways. The grind don't stop to be continued.Good, better, best. Never let it rest.Until your good is better and your better is best. this is my motivation to start my bodybuilding.
如果你知道我在默默无闻的工作，我想你可以说我生活在我自己的小泡泡里。我也可以说：低调是为了要高调。无论我是否参加比赛，我都对健美有真正的热情。lf you know I'm one to work in silence, I guess you can say I live in my own little bubble.Also as I may say :low key but always outstanding: Whether l'm competing or not I genuinely have apassion for bodybuilding.
自我改善的旅程将一直持续下去。健美在心灵上和精神上确实拯救了我。The journey to bettering myself will always keep going. Bodybuilding has truly saved me in many ways,mentally and spiritually.
