表語是用來表達主語的。
I am a student. 表達的是主語的身份。
I feel good. 表達的是主語的感覺。
I am healthy. 表達的是主語的狀態。
表語的作用
系動詞
表語跟在系動詞後面構成主語+系動詞+表語的結構。
最主要的系動詞是be，包括它隨主語和時態變化的所有形式如 am, is, are, was, were, will be...
