本案的居住者是一個典型的三口之家，在設計風格上，業主對自己喜好很是明確，在第一次見面時就確定了整體的設計走向，簡約而不簡單的設計見證了這一家三口其樂融融的幸福生活。

戶型分析
本案的原始戶型是一個160㎡的頂層複式，空間雖不小，但在整體佈局上卻顯得十分地不合理，處於過道中間位置的樓梯打亂了整個室內空間的佈局。帶有限制性的空間，尤其考驗設計師的水平以及對空間的應變能力，簡單溝通後，業主與設計師達成了共識：改造。

圍繞著要打造的設計風格，設計師重新梳理了樓梯位置與空間格局，用樓梯踏步來營造休閒平臺，打破傳統的傢俱擺放模式，讓客廳的感覺圍繞現代、舒適、休閒來展開。

改造亮點▽
★拆掉原本的樓梯，將樓梯移位，原來的樓梯位置改造成餐廳和衣帽間，並將衣帽間併入臥室，同時增加了臥室面積與收納空間。
★將陽臺併入室內，並保留兩個衛生間，二樓還規劃了兩個露臺，一個作為洗衣房，一個用於平時休閒娛樂，空間和功能十分完善。
【玄關/Entrance】
縱然在外有千般無奈，但在進入家門的那一刻，或許身上的疲憊與煩惱都將得到釋放。
Even if there is a lot of helplessness outside, but the moment of entering the house, perhaps the fatigue and troubles on the body will be released.
頂部和牆面嵌入的燈帶與純白的百葉窗相結合，暈染出獨特的光影效果，一側開放式收納櫃為隨手放置東西提供了空間，坐下休息、換鞋、放東西，所有步驟一氣呵成。

【客廳/Living Room】
何為幸福？幸福莫過於你在沙發嬉戲打鬧，而我在一旁靜靜地做著自己的事情。客廳之於家的存在，大概是忙碌生活中片刻的放鬆，又或是親友見面時短暫的歡愉，對生活的嚮往，對未來的態度，便體現在這一屋之間。
What is happiness? Happiness is nothing more than you playing on the sofa, and I am doing my own thing quietly. The existence of the living room at home is probably a moment of relaxation in a busy life, or a brief joy when relatives and friends meet, a yearning for life, and an attitude towards the future are reflected in this room.
大面積木飾面與大理石的碰撞，講述了空間獨有的質感，奶白色沙發與一方一圓組合茶几相呼應，為簡約空間裡注入一絲靚麗的色彩。
The collision of large-area wood veneer and marble tells the unique texture of the space. The milky white sofa echoes the side-by-side combination coffee table, injecting a touch of beautiful colors into the simple space.
陽臺一側的鋼琴區，在客廳中顯得尤為亮眼，指縫間流淌的音符伴隨著午後慵懶陽光緩緩進入室內，生活的靜謐與從容不迫在此刻都將得到極大的滿足。
The piano area on the balcony side is particularly dazzling in the living room. The notes flowing between the fingers slowly enter the room with the lazy afternoon sun. The tranquility and leisure of life are greatly satisfied at this moment.
於電視背景牆右側設計了一個半開放式收納櫃，以質澤溫潤的木飾面打底，搭配神秘黑，美觀的同時亦增加了客廳的收納空間。
A semi-open storage cabinet is designed on the right side of the TV background wall, with a warm and lustrous wood finish. It is matched with a mysterious black, which is beautiful and increases the storage space of the living room.
好的設計就是如此，表面看似波瀾不驚，但其實，無論是配色還是材質的運用，都十分地妥當，這不正是簡約而不簡單嗎？
This is the case with good design. The surface seems to be unsurprised, but in fact, whether it is color matching or the use of materials, it is very appropriate. Isn't this simple and not simple?
【餐廳/Dining room】
客餐廳連在一起，白色大理石紋理的桌面搭配灰色皮質沙發，增添了空間的高級質感。餐桌不大，但足以容納這三口之家的一日三餐，以及酒足飯飽後的談笑怡情。
Living room and dining room connected together, and the white marble-textured table tops and gray leather sofas add to the high-level texture of the space. The dining table is not big, but it is enough to accommodate three meals a day for the family of three, and the chatting and laughter after a full meal.
【廚房/Kitchen】
正所謂“人間煙火氣，最撫凡人心”，對於一個家而言，廚房不僅是柴米油鹽，更是愛與溫暖。用流暢的廚房動線來優化生活中的細節，U型佈局極大地滿足了廚房的收納空間，也為烹飪美食提供了便利。
The so-called "human fireworks, the most touching mortal heart", for a home, the kitchen is not only wood, oil, salt, but also love and warmth. With the smooth movement of the kitchen to optimize the details in life, the U-shaped layout greatly meets the storage space of the kitchen and also provides convenience for cooking food.
【主臥/Master bedroom】
主臥延續了客廳的木飾面，並用拼色的手法加以修飾，不規則的斜面屋頂為設計帶來了些許難度，但對設計師來說，這都不是問題。
The master bedroom continues the wood veneer of the living room and is decorated with color-matching techniques. The irregular sloped roof brings a little difficulty to the design, but for designers, this is not a problem.
為保證尺寸貼合，所有木飾面都由師傅現場手工製作，嚴格把控施工質量，以精工匠心來築造美好生活。
In order to ensure the fit of the size, all the wood finishes are hand-made by the master on site, the construction quality is strictly controlled, and the beautiful life is built with the craftsmanship.
【次臥/Second bedroom】
次臥是男孩的房間，以黑灰色為基調，在軟裝上加入了適當的橙色作為跳色，一旁的休閒角是業主兒子最喜歡的區域，一本書，一杯咖啡，於陽光中靜坐，便是生活最輕鬆的時刻。
The second bedroom is a boy ’s room, with dark gray as the main tone, and an appropriate orange is added as a jump color on the soft outfit. The leisure corner on the side is the favorite area of the owner ’s son. A book, a cup of coffee, sit in the sun, This is the easiest moment in life.
【書房/Reading Room】
飄窗作為休閒區，是書房裡最放鬆的角落，與其步履匆匆，不如靜下心來慢悟人生，細細品嚐生活中的美好。

房子不僅是身體的休憩地，更是心靈的歸宿，在【定遠-中源上東城】這個項目裡，設計師以豐富的實踐知識，將不合理的空間合理利用，並結合房屋現狀，充分發揮空間優勢，使家之精緻凸顯的淋漓盡致。
The house is not only a resting place for the body, but also a home for the soul. In the project of [Dingyuan-Zhongyuan Shangdongcheng], the designer uses abundant practical knowledge to rationally use the unreasonable space, combined with the current status of the house Give full play to the advantages of space to make the home exquisite and vivid.
設計並不是一成不變，而是一個不斷精進與改善的過程，學會傾聽、將創新帶入每一個房屋設計中，從最初量房，制定方案，到最終的實景落地，深零設計以最真實、細微的設計還原居者內心最初的家的樣子，秉持一屋一空間的設計理念，讓每一位業主都能在獨有的空間內過得舒適、安心。
