對於這個小產權公寓項目，我們不甘於只作為傳統公寓空間的販賣者，我們更希望能夠售賣一種觸手可及的全新的生活理念。從項目開始之初，我們就希望從建築本體開始，為人和村的居民重新定義“生活”二字。有道“斯是陋室，惟吾德馨”，體面的生活，從來和金錢、階層、房子的大小…沒有絕對的關係，而更多的是關乎精神層面的追求。生活縱然再多不易，我們仍可心存感激，用有限的資源和條件回饋生活。新居可購，生活可期，每個人都有選擇過上體面生活的自由。這是本案的立意所在，更是我們設計的初衷。
For this small condominium project, we are unwilling to be a mere seller of traditional apartment space. We also hope to be able to sell a completely new concept of life that is within reach. From the beginning of the project, we hope to redefine the definition of “life” for the village residents starting from the construction of the architecture. A saying “My home is humble, But it enjoys the fame of virtue so long as I am living in it”, which illuminates how your live is going, is not totally base on fortune, society status and the size of house, but more about the spiritual level of the pursuit. Whenever life gets harder, we can still be grateful and give back to life with limited resources and conditions. New homes can be purchased, life can be expected, and everyone has the freedom to choose a decent life. This is where the idea of this case lies. It is the original intention of our design.

由於該案從營銷定位、設計概念、建造實施到正式開放，整個週期客戶給予的時間只有不到40日，並且委託方希望能讓該項目成為整個區域的地標式建築。這樣的設計要求和條件對我們也是前所未有的挑戰。因此我們毅然放棄了傳統型銷售中心的繁複的佈局和裝飾性極強的設計模式，並借鑑了展覽展示性設計施工週期短，施工工藝單一快捷的原理，採用最少的設計語言去滿足綜合消費和使用需求，無論是工藝還是色彩和材料，我們都只保留最基礎最核心的內容，用唯一性替代多樣性。將極簡發揮到極致後，卻驚喜地發現最終呈現的效果反而能最大限度地接近我們設計的初衷。
Due to the marketing strategy, design concept, construction and implementation of the case, and the official opening of the case, the entire period of time given by the customer was less than 40 days, and the commissioning party hoped to make the project a landmark building of the entire region. Such design requirements and conditions are also unprecedented challenges for us. Therefore, we resolutely gave up the complicated layout and highly decorative design mode of the traditional sales center, and borrowed from the principle of short exhibition construction period, single and quick construction process, and adopted the least design language to meet the comprehensive consumption and The use of demand, whether it is technology or color and materials, we only retain the most basic and core content, replacing diversity with uniqueness. After bringing simplicity to the extreme, it was pleasantly surprised to find that the final presentation of the results could be as close as possible to the original intention of our design.

項目位置鄰近廣州白雲機場，空乘人員將是這個小區的主流群體。年輕、快捷、高效、國際化是這個群體的特徵。設計師從天空、白雲、飛翔中得到靈感，通過對建築遮陽體系的重塑，打造出巨大的白色網眼金屬新立面，模仿高空中的雲層，將一切煩擾的事物隔絕於外，僅允許自然光線穿入，讓人在這個空間中感知聯想萬里尺度，光動人移，純粹靜謐。被網眼切割成點點光斑的陽光撒入空間，光影隨著時間的流動形成如“雲上光舞”般的畫面，此時的光儼然成為了空間藝術的一部分。
The project location is neighbor on Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, and the flight attendants will be the mainstream group of this community. Young, fast, efficient, and international are the characteristics of this group. Designers are inspired by the sky, white clouds and flying. Through the reshaping of the building’s shading system, they have created a huge new facade of white mesh metal, imitating the clouds in the sky, and isolating all the disturbing things. Only natural Light penetrates, and people perceive the tens of thousands of miles of scale in this space. Light moves and pure silence. The sunlight that has been cut into small spots by the mesh is scattered into the space. Light and shadow form a picture like “dancing on a cloud” over time. The light at this time has become a part of space art.

盤旋裝置的造型靈感亦來自於天空被飛機劃過的雲層，帶出一抹飄逸的雲霧，最終輕盈落地。這個純白蜿蜒的裝置形式，寓意著天際翱遊的遊子亦如侯鳥般，飛翔再遠最終也要落地歸巢，而“鳳和新城”便是最好的棲息居所。從技術層面來看，這組流線不僅點亮了整個空間，並且將建築樓原有的缺陷——門口的柱子通過輕盈的流線纏繞巧妙地弱化了。

This pure white form of installation symbolizes that the sky-travelling wandering is also like a migratory bird, flying in the end will eventually return to the nest. The “Fenghe New Town” is the best place to live. From a technical point of view, this streamline not only lightens the entire space, but also subtly weakens the original defects of the building, the pillars at the entrance, through a light streamline winding.

白色的金屬與水泥澆築的牆壁兩種材質早就被幹淨利落的空間背景，蜿蜒有致的白色盤旋裝置賦予建築新的空間秩序，曲線纏繞起落有致，用線條流動空間，打破空間固化的生硬凝結，讓本不算開闊的空間變得生動有趣。裝置的線性纏繞方向，從視覺上便將參觀者從入口引領至前臺及洽談區。

牆面上的燈光設置與空間裝置線性呼應，垂直相交，星光與白雲的概念得以延伸，這個650平方米的空間與浩瀚星空人為聯繫在一起，營造出一處與城市壓抑生活截然不同的建築空間。 這個空間，讓新的業主與老的居民“人和·共生”，讓新的空間在原有建築的框架上涅槃而生。
