I. 为什么推荐反乌托邦这一流派呢？

反乌托邦的作品随处可见，尽管有的小伙伴对这个流派和概念并不熟悉，但对以下的反乌托邦影视作品却肯定并不陌生。

…战争、集权社会、思想控制、世界末日、科技泛滥成灾是这些作品共同的主题。尽管影视作品中描绘的残酷世界看似遥远，但并非不可能发生在现实，那么如何规避这些问题呢？我们在观看这些作品的同时，随着主人公跌宕起伏的遭遇揪心的同时，也会反思我们的社会，肯定自由的思想和反叛的精神。

1. 《The Lottery》
推荐理由：短篇故事，结尾意料之外又情理之中，值得二刷三刷。
The morning of June 27th was clear and sunny, with the fresh warmth of a full-summer day; the flowers were blossoming profusely and the grass was richly green. The people of the village began to gather in the square, between the post office and the bank, around ten o’clock; in some towns there were so many people that the lottery took two days and had to be started on June 26th, but in this village, where there were only about three hundred people, the whole lottery took less than two hours, so it could begin at ten o’clock in the morning and still be through in time to allow the villagers to get home for noon dinner.
2. 《The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas》
推荐理由：短篇故事，宗教含义scapegoat（替罪羊），可读性高。
At times one of the adolescent girls or boys who go to see the child does not go home to weep or rage, does not, in fact, go home at all. Sometimes also a man or woman much older falls silent for a day or two, and then leaves home. These people go out into the street, and walk down the street alone. They keep walking, and walk straight out of the city of Omelas, through the beautiful gates. They keep walking across the farmlands of Omelas. Each one goes alone, youth or girl man or woman. Night falls; the traveler must pass down village streets, between the houses with yellow-lit windows, and on out into the darkness of the fields. Each alone, they go west or north, towards the mountains. They go on. They leave Omelas, they walk ahead into the darkness, and they do not come back. The place they go towards is a place even less imaginable to most of us than the city of happiness. I cannot describe it at all. It is possible that it does not exist. But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.
3. 《The Lord of Flies》
推荐理由：国外青少年必读书目之一。词汇难度中等，故事情节丰富。
“Maybe there is a beast… maybe it's only us.”
“What are we? Humans? Or animals? Or savages?”
“We've got to have rules and obey them. After all, we're not savages. We're English, and the English are best at everything.”
“The world, that understandable and lawful world, was slipping away.”
“They looked at each other, baffled, in love and hate.”
其他建议：电影《大逃生》和该小说有很多相似的地方，可以搭配观看，加深自己的理解。
I. 如何做文学作品的精读？
1 Read the story: 第一遍不查字典，通读全文或者全书。把其中多次出现但自己始终无法通过上下语境猜测出词义的单词进行标记。
2 Study the unknown words: 注意在查词时不要脱离语境。先确定该词在文中的词性，以及有没有搭配。
比如：People feel sorry for him, because he had no children and his wife was a scold.
Scold:
v. If you scold someone, you speak angrily to them because they have done something wrong.
n. a person, esp a woman, who constantly finds fault.
文中是名词，因此scold此处的意思是第二条，a woman who always finds faults.
3 Paraphrase: 用自己的话总结全文，包括情节概要和人物关系（适当时可以画思维导图）
4 Do research: 上网，可以通过wiki百科查相关材料，对比修改自己的故事概要，用更精确的词来表达。适当的时候，可以借助母语。

5 Re-read: 第二遍进行阅读，细节是重点。可以积累自己喜欢的段落，阐述自己喜欢它的理由等。（相信我，在文学课上这个是必答问题）
