各位小夥伴在上工作崗位後，是不是經常聽到一些熱門職場術語，像什麼"抓手"、“落地”、“深耕”、“守土有責” “SMART”（各位不要誤會，這可不是“聰明”的意思，而是指管理目標必須Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant和Time-based）等等。
今天我們就來學習時下最常見英語職場熱詞，讓你盡情與外國客戶秀操作！
◢ Synergy: 協同、增效
■ Synergy--- It usually refers to coordinating and collaborating more effectively in an organization or inter-organiztions, cross departments etc.
‖ 筆者的前老闆David就非常愛用這個詞，在和國際友人、外國客戶談判聊天中，幾乎每次必提，“You know, we will for sure have better synergies”. 當時年少的我，聽不懂咱也不敢問啊，只能頻繁點頭，老闆好帥，張總英明！！！
◢ Brainstorm: 頭腦風暴
■ 現在在職場混，都不好意思說“meeting”和“開會”了，你得“頭腦風暴”，搞得自己像是X戰警裡的風暴女一樣，一言不合，我就給你來一場風暴
■ 除Brainstorm外，時髦的說法還有Deep dive, lay heads together和rack brains
‖ Many professionals say they're going in for a deep dive when they need to come up with ideas.
各位我要“深潛”，放大招了！！！
◢ Think outside the box:創新思考、不拘一格、打破常規
■ 擁有創新思考和獨立見解的員工，在職場上越來越受到領導老闆的重視，所以，創新思考和不拘一格，近年來也逐漸成為職場熱詞，被老闆們頻頻掛在嘴上
‖ These days, it's rare a boss doesn't want his workers to think outside the box. Even though the term itself isn't outside the box anymore, it persists in conversations.
◢ Drill Down: 深耕
■ 現在在職場上，大家越來越喜歡講“深耕、聚焦”了，在彙報項目進展時，很容易被老闆批，你不夠聚焦和深耕啊！
‖ If you want to get to the root of an issue, you merely drill it down until you reach it.
◢ Ping: 發消息
■ 這個詞曾經是個科技圈的詞，和眼下大熱的釘釘有點像，都是取其“音效”，意思是指“給某人發信息 sending a message to someone”。小夥伴們，下次可以嘗試著說I'll ping you!
◢ Out of pocket
■ 這個詞組在商務環境下的應用，和“口袋”可沒有任何關係，而是指“某人失聯一段時間”，例如老闆出差國外，坐飛機13個小時，在這段時間內聯繫不上老闆，就可以說out of pocket.
‖ The boss will be out of pocket for a short time as he just gets on board.
