在商务职场中，常常需要和别人打交道，在非正式场合中闲聊时，我们应该如何正确礼貌应对呢？一起打开视频来学习下吧！

In this video we're gonna talk about some business small talk.
这个视频我们一起来聊聊职场中的"small talk"
Now we remember, small talk is just conversations that are not important.
请记住 small talk指的是一些不重要的聊天
They're not about giving a lot of details,
一般不会涉及到一些很细节的东西
It's just easy conversation usually when you don't know what else to talk about.
一般都是些简单的聊天 当你不知道该聊些什么的时候
These questions are about business and you can use them at work with a co-worker,
下面要讲到的提问是关于工作的 你可以在同事聊天之中使用
you can use it when you meet friends or just when you're having conversations with new people.
也可以在朋友聊天中使用 也可以在结识新朋友时进行使用
It can also be a get to know you kind of question.
也是个可以通过这种提问方式来了解对方的一个问题
And well the first one here would be: How's business?
第一个问题就是询问对方 How's business? （你的工作怎么样）
Or like: How's work?
或者是问 How's work? （意思都是一样的）
Kind of like that, just "How is your job going?"
也就是问你 工作是否顺利
Now remember, you don't care about details. It's just how's business.
记住 不用说的太详细 大概的工作情况说一下就好
So a positive answer would just be:
一个较正面的回答就是
Business is great. Thank you for asking.
工作很棒 谢谢您的关心
Or I'm having a very good month at my job. No stress.
或者说 这个月工作很好 没什么压力
But then there's also the negative side.
当然现实中并不是这么完美哈 我们就是举个例子
How's business?
你的工作如何
But now this is the short one---How's business.
How's business是一个简短的提问
You can also go with the: What has business been like?
你也这么提问 What has business been like?（意思是一样的）
It's kind of this week or last month, very close.
比较强调的是近段时间的工作状况 这周或上个月等
Same thing--What has business been like.
白板上的两种问法都是意思一样的
Now here the answer would probably be something like:
这个问题的答案可以这么回答
Business has been good.
工作还可以
Business has been not so good.
工作不是很顺利
下面我们来看些例子
All right here's some first examples.
这里是一些针对第一个问题（How's business）的回答
Question is---How's business?
问题是 How's business?
Well you can say---Business is good.
你可以说 工作还不错
Or you could say---Work is good.
或者你可以说 工作还不错
Kind of bad right now.
目前有点糟糕
Because it's not always good, sometimes work is not good.
因为工作并不是一帆风顺的
Then the other question: What's business been like?
另外一个问题 What's business been like?
You can say: It's been all right.
你可以说 一切都还好
You could say: It's been stressful.
你可以说 压力挺大的
Or: It's been a good month so far.
又或者说 到目前为止还不错
All right now let's say you're in a situation, you're not at work,
现在我们假设一个场景 你没有在工作
you're out to dinner, you're meeting new people,
你在外面和朋友吃饭 你在结识新朋友
and someone asks you how's business.
有人问你最近工作如何
Well maybe you don't want to talk about your job, you want to talk about something else.
可能你不想谈论工作 你想谈论点别的和工作无关的东西
Well there are easy ways to move on from the question.
有几种简单的方法可以帮你转移话题
Polite ways and easy ways.
简单又礼貌的方式
So if someone asks you how's business, you can just quickly say:
所以当有人问你工作如何时 你可以快速的回答
It's the same old same old.
还是老样子
Fast answer, no details and it answers their question but also hints to them, let's talk about something else.
快速回答 没有细节 在回答了他们的问题同时 也暗示他们 我们可不可以聊点别的
You can also just do the: Business is business.
你可以这样这样回答 公事公办
My business is my business, that's what it is.
我的工作就是我的工作
