由於每個這樣的指令幾乎都是以 Honey, do this and that開頭的，所以英語中誕生了這樣一個詞：honey-do list.
A honey-do list is a lists of things that need to be done around the house, which someone gives to their spouses, most commonly wife to husband.
這就是honey-do list的意思。
為什麼叫這個名字？
因為這是一個雙關語，honey-do模擬的是一種水果的發音 honeydew.
Honeydew就是我們常說的哈密瓜，也叫蜜瓜，或白蘭瓜。
因為honey, do (this and that)聽起來像honeydew，英語中就有人巧妙地發明了honey-do list這個詞，就是一個你的honey給你佈置的to-do list.
這是一個典型的美國英語新詞彙，不必考究出處，一看就記住了有沒有，因為很生動。
A honey-do list is a collection of requests, usually by a spouse for a partner to perform a series of tasks, assignments, or jobs dealing with the maintenance of a household.
