每一天，我的生命都變得越來越輕鬆，這是因為我聽從真我的指引而不是假我的控制。現在我知道發生在我生命裡的都符合我的最佳利益。這份覺知讓我很容易信任我的兄弟姐妹，而且這份信任隨著時間與日俱增。今天和每-天，我期待著，並知道出現在我生命中的一切都是對我最好的。

SHOWS UP IN MY LIFE
Every day my life becomes more effortless. This is because I have replaced the control of ego with the guidance of Spirit. Now I knowthat only what represents my best interest shows up in my life. This Knowledge makes it easy for me to trust my sisters and brothers,this trust is growing by the hour. Today and every day, 1 look forward to my lite, knowing that only what is best for me will show up.
