一般来说，写促销信要有下面两个特点：
1，提供信息，沟通产品。

2，激发欲望，促进需求。

3，出销信发出去后，可能会得不到对方的答复，但是外贸业务员不要抱怨，也不要气馁。
可以再发一封“追询信”(a Follow-up letter),询问一下原因，并提出一些对推销有利的新观点和论据，最后表示希望对方能做出回应。
