答：新鲜蔬菜、水果不要放置太久再吃，肉类要冷藏。不要生食，蔬菜、肉类应做熟再吃，水果尽量削皮，处理生食和熟食的切菜板及刀具要分开。

答：病毒在温度56°C状态下、30分钟就能被杀死，而炒菜等温度能达到100℃甚至更高。一般的烹饪手段基本可以杀灭病毒。
Q3：去食堂、餐馆吃饭要注意什么？
答：错峰就餐，避免扎堆；避免面对面就餐，吃饭时尽量不说话；坐下吃饭的最后一刻才摘口罩；如果可能，尽量打包带回。
Q4：点外卖还安全吗？
答：配送外卖时盛放食物的容器，在平时清洁消毒要求的基础上增加频次，配送员的交通工具应进行消毒等。做好清洁消毒和防护，病毒经外卖传播等可能性较低。

A: Do not store fresh vegetables and fruits for too long. Keep meats refrigerated. Avoid eating raw vegetables and meats. Make sure the fruits are peeled before eating them. Use separate cutting boards and knives for raw and cooked foods.
Q2: Is the food in restaurants safe?
A: The virus can be effectively inactivated at a temperature of 56°C for 30 minutes. The temperature used for cooking can go up to 100°C and above which is hot enough to kill the virus.
Q3: Any reminders for dining in a canteen or restaurant?
A: Avoid peak hours and crowds. Choose a table with no one sitting across and try not to talk while eating. Keep your mask on before eating and take away food if possible.
Q4: Is it safe to order a takeaway?
A: Food containers should be cleaned and disinfected more frequently than usual, and delivery vehicles be disinfected too. With proper cleaning and disinfection, virus is less likely to spread through takeaway food.
