According to the Notice 5 released by the Office of Zhengzhou Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group on Feb. 2, all people coming to Zhengzhou by road, air and rail shall cooperate with the temperature measurement and fill in the "Health Registration Form for All People Coming to Zhengzhou" truthfully.
根據鄭州市新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控領導小組辦公室2月2日發佈第5號通告，凡所有通過公路、機場、鐵路等方式的來鄭人員，進入本市時應主動接受體溫檢測，如實填寫《來鄭人員健康登記表》。
At present, besides the gateways to Zhengzhou, all communities, supermarkets, farm produce markets, medical institutions and other public places, as well as buses, metros, taxies and other mass transit in Zhengzhou have also launched the code-scanning and registration. TIPS 溫馨提醒
Before entry to Zhengzhou, you can scan the QR code to register online in advance, reducing the queuing time for on-site registration and meanwhile minimizing the contact with other passengers.
進入鄭州前，提前通過掃描二維碼形式，進行網上信息登記，可以有效減少入鄭時排隊登記時間，減緩客流人員較長時間接觸帶來的聚集性風險。
When entering Zhengzhou, you should present the verification message about your successful registration to the on-duty worker, along with your ID certificate.
