The existing decade -old dwelling called for a need to restructure the floor plan to create a more modern and open-plan style of home for this busy family of four. A key modification to this was the the introduction of floor to ceiling glazing, which not only brought the iconic harbour view into focus – but gave the home a much needed injection of natural light.
