“开学”英语怎么说？
用 open school 来表示“开学”，这是一个典型的中式英语。其实 open school 英语中也有出现，只不过它指的是“开放的学校”，这里 open 是形容词，表示“开放的”。
开学的“开”其实是“开始”的意思，很多人会想到 start 和 begin。school starts 确实可以表示“开学”，不过它还有“开始上课”的意思。同样school begins 也表示“开学”。
例句：
School starts in October.
十月份开学。
School starts at 9 a.m.
早上九点开始上课。

学校什么时候开学？
我们说“开学”实际是指“新学期的开始”，所以，“开学”也可以说：The new semester starts (begins).
例句：
The new semester starts /begins on September 1.
九月一日开学。
另外，kick off 也有“开始”的意思，可以用来替代start 和 begin。所以，“开学”也可以说：The new semester kicks off.
最后再说一个比较口语化的，老外习惯把“开学”说成“返校”，也就是 back to school。
“学期”semester 和 term 的区别
semester和term都可以表示“学期”，但两者的学期划分是不同的。
semester是双学期制，包括：

“上网课”英语怎么说？
提到“上课”，我们说得最多的是 take a class，要强调在“网上”上课，可以说：take online class
另外，course是“课程、科目”，所以“上网课”也可以说：take online course
