那，是很多年以前，爷爷给我讲的一句话，“天晴莫走白，下雨莫走黑”。那个时候我很小，根本听不懂是什么意思？
小时候，我家住农村。乡间的小路弯弯曲曲，崎岖不平，路面上坑坑洼洼的，路边杂草丛生，而路基外便有可能是万丈深渊。农村的夜入的很早，我们经常感到太阳只要下山，天色就黑了。那时的农村道路完全没有路灯，很远才能稀稀拉拉的见到一两户农家里摇曳的油灯火苗。
晚上赶路回家，只能是摸黑前进，没有路灯没有电筒；没有平整的柏油路，更没有坚硬的水泥路，只有坑坑洼洼的泥巴小路。小时候练就的本领就是“熟”，尽管是抹黑赶路回家，尽管也会遭遇各种各样的状况，比方说摔倒、磕碰，但我都能回到家。
爷爷的那句话，成了我夜晚赶路回家唯一遵循的规则，那也成了我安全回家的法宝。“天晴莫走白，下雨莫走黑”，意思是天晴的晚上，选择路面上无明显反白的地方落脚，而下雨天则要选择路面上无显著深黑色的地方行走。精练的语言背后，我根本就不理解是什么意思，只是走路时参照他的话，反复琢磨如何去找到道路路面上的那些黑与白。
在ISO9000中，“循证决策”的原则指的是：有效地决策应建立在数据、信息分析和评价的客观事实基础上。然而行走在黑漆漆的泥泞小路上，我每迈开一步之前的决策，就只能是爷爷的那句话，这可否理解为也是一种“循证决策”呢？
随着知识积累，我逐渐理解了其中含义。“天晴莫走白，下雨莫走黑”代表，天晴的时候，路面如果有水就会反光发白，而下雨天水会蓄积在路面，而看到的地面发黑说明水没有积蓄可能那个地方就是一个空洞或者是深渊。
质量就在我们身边，老一辈传承的这一句话，带我安全走过了无数条黑暗中的山路！

However, walking on the dark muddy road, every time Itake a decision before I take a step, it can only be Grandpa's sentence. Canthis be understood as a kind of "evidence-based decision"?
With the accumulation of knowledge, Igradually understood the meaning. " It won't walk on white area of roadwhen it's sunny, it won't walk on black site when it rains " representsthat when the sky is clear, if the road surface has water, it will reflectwhite, and on rainy days, the water will accumulate on the road surface, andthe ground that is seen black indicates that water has not accumulated, thismeans that place is a hollow or an abyss.
