board 在本句的意思是“甲板”。
船艙的英文是cabin，如果想詢問船艙是否已經“消毒”可以說：

這列火車有已經消毒的餐車車廂嗎？
如果你是在有“火車通票”的國家旅行，別忘了通票需要在有效期內乘坐，假如不清楚有效期，你可以說：
For how many days is the ticket valid?
這張票有效期是幾天？
valid：有效的。
valid date 有效日期、有效期至、有效期。
