招商經理支招,店鋪二審申訴郵件模板奉上

為了迎接馬上到來的亞馬遜銷售旺季,新老賣家都爭相準備資料開始註冊新的店鋪,卻不曾想遭遇到亞馬遜最嚴厲的審核流程,在我們之前的文章《【乾貨】如何通過亞馬遜二審的最強策略解讀》中提到為什麼會有大批量的二審?這裡再重複一遍:

亞馬遜是一個以客戶,也就是以買家為導向的公司。為了能夠給買家以良好的購物環境,平臺希望最大可能地杜絕賣家(大部分為中國賣家)在平臺進行不正當的經營,因此抬高了賣家入駐亞馬遜的門檻。

在這篇文章裡面我們同時提到了申訴需要準備的材料以及一些小技巧,但仍有賣家不知道該如何下手。我們針對此問題特向亞馬遜招商經理做了請教,得以輸出以下申訴郵件模板,希望能夠幫助到還在審核中掙扎的賣家朋友們。

Dear Amazon seller-performance team,

This is a new seller XX Company Limited. My account was suspended right after the business license and ID was submitted to Amazon. We didn’t start to sell any items on Amazon. We are the new seller on Amazon.com and this is our sole account (to be set up) on Amazon.com, we arethe authorized seller of “XX” brand which is the JP based company and JP brand(see the attached authorization letter). Currently, AIDA is selling on distribution (off line) but AIDA and us want to bring this incredible quality products to JP customer on line by Amazon.com. Regarding the documents you are asking, please refer to the below content and attachments that we have included

亞馬遜提高了店鋪註冊門檻,對於真心想做亞馬遜的賣家其實是件好事,這樣也能阻擋一些競爭對手入場。但當我們自己遇到二審問題的時候,我們首先應該站在亞馬遜審核人員的角度去思考,他們每天需要審核成百上千賣家的申訴郵件,工作量可想而知。如果我們能夠按照亞馬遜的要求提供完整、準確的資料,再加上誠懇的態度,審核人員看到之後心情也會愉悅不少,那麼相信通過的概率就會比別人高很多。
