#變“臉”
臉變“紅“了， 大家的第一反應是：My face turns red. 其實， 不同的情況的臉“紅”得用不同的詞。
第一，red：
如果是那種實實在在，比較持久的，比較明顯的紅， 比如皮膚敏感角質層薄導致的紅，凍得紅撲撲的，或者因為臉色長痘， 生病臉紅紅的等都可以用red. 就像下面醬紫:
比如：
My face turns red easily after coming out of cold. 從很冷的環境裡出來我臉一下就變紅了。
My skin is very thin. It's easy to turn red and hot . 我的皮膚很薄， 很容易變得又紅又燙。
第二， blush:
如果因為害羞臉紅， 要用blush, 注意blush是動詞, 而且不要再說face, 因為blush指的就是“臉紅”
He kissed her and she blushed.
第三： flush
如果因為血流加快， 比如生氣，喝完酒，太興奮，丟臉， 緊張等引起的叫做“flush”。 flush是一個negative 的詞。
詞性： flush: v flushed: adj
Her face becomes flushed after drinking wine. 喝完酒後她滿臉通紅。
His face flushes with rage.他氣得滿臉通紅。
第四：rosy
rosy 玫紅的， 多用來指年輕貌美女子的臉紅潤。
rosy cheeks 翻譯為“桃面”很有詩意。
#變“臉”二
- 蒼白： pale
You look pale. You ok?
你的臉看起來很蒼白， 你還好嗎?
美國人最喜歡的皮膚顏色：
- 黝黑色： tan
- 常用搭配： get a tan
How can I get a tan like yours?
我怎麼才能有像你一樣的黝黑的皮膚呢？
- 太陽曬出來的黝黑色: sun tan
- 淡去黑色：remove the tan
How can I remove the sun tan?
被太陽曬黑了怎麼才能去掉呀？
tan也可以是動詞：把(皮膚)變成黝黑色， 在國外有專門把皮膚變黝黑的門店。
Is it expensive to tan the skin?
把皮膚變黝黑貴嗎？
- 黝黑, 曬黑的：tanned
I like your tanned skin.
我喜歡你黝黑色的皮膚。
