1.On Time Receipts - Supplier:

The percentage of orders shipped at theplanned time. Shipped means off the dock, and in transit to its final destination在計劃時間內發貨的訂單百分比。發貨指離開碼頭,開始向最終目的地運輸。

Calculation:The number of orders shipped on time / total number of ordersshipped.

2.Peak Warehouse Capacity Used:

3.Total Order Cycle Time, in Hours:

The dock-to-stock cycle time equals thetime (typically measured in hours) required to put away goods.
