Alice: Doctor, I have a terrible toothache.
Dentist: Let me examine your teeth first…
Alice: So, what's wrong with my teeth?
Dentist: Your right molar has been decayed all the way to the root.
Alice: Are you going to pull it out?
Dentist: No, it just needs a filling. But the treatment will take three visits. I'll clean it this time.
Alice: OK. When do I need to come again?
Dentist: Next Wednesday.
Alice: I get it. I will come on time. Thanks very much, doctor.
Dentist: You are welcome.
