此鐵隕石重11.2kg，外表特徵：鐵隕石顏色多以棕色，灰色和黑色，外表有節狀、重量比一般岩石要重很多、堅硬且不易碎裂的金屬質地、磁性強、部分有氣印;結構特徵：根據硝酸蝕刻拋光面，鐵隕石具三種結構特徵，即帶有交錯的條帶結構，魏德曼花紋即維斯臺登結構的八面體隕鐵、有平行的諾伊曼線的六面體隕鐵和沒有清晰的條帶的鎳鐵隕石。成分特徵：鐵隕石都含有不同的鐵紋石和鎳紋石，此兩類礦物由鐵鎳金屬構成，且鐵隕石主要成分為鐵跟鎳，含鎳量均大於5%，有極少部分含鎳量大於20%。

The main components of iron meteorites are iron and nickel. The content of nickel is more than 5%, and a few of them contain more than 20%.
