同學們，再過最後2個月，就是2019考研的初試！無論是英語、政治以及數學等公共課，還是專業課複習，都已經進入到了決定勝負的衝刺關鍵期！
因此，韋林名師團的英語作文教學專家——楊凡達老師，特別為同學帶來一節《We Learn寫作寶典秋季課-第八週精講小作文》的Open Day限時開放課程。
今年2019考研英語新大綱，英語一和英語二的寫作部分，出現了一個比較明確的變化：

根據往期的真題來看，考研英語作文的命題規律，主要是以信件寫作為主。備忘錄和報告等題型，雖然也列入在考察範圍之內，但是歷年以來考察次數並不算頻繁。
但是，今年的情況稍微有一些不同。無論是英語一還是英語二，考試大綱的小作文部分，都明確提到了備忘錄、公務信函與報告等字眼。
楊凡達老師認為，不排除今年的考研，重點考察公務信函，報告以及備忘錄的可能性。
備忘錄以及各類公文的寫作，一直是同學們的弱點。
我們先來學習一下這道出自《We Learn寫作寶典秋季課》的例題：
Directions:
Imagine that you are the committee chairman for the upcoming urban sports meet held in your college. Write a memo to all the volunteers to remind them of dos and don’ts.
Do not write your own name in the letter. Use “Zhang Hua” instead.
這是關於舉辦運動會之前，作為組委會主席的你，需要為志願者們寫出一則備忘錄。提醒志願者們需要有哪些注意事項，規定與要求，以及其他事項的備註。在開始寫作之前，首先需要明確備忘錄的基本格式：

第一篇作文：
The sports games will begin in this Sunday and we should pay attention to some important matters. First, please wear the recognized uniform and the logo hat which have prepared in the committee back office, on the second floor of the main stadium.
Second, please remember to sign in on time every day. If you have to leave, you should report to your direct superior and handover your work.
Third, please be familiar with the service manual to make sure that you can solve some problems in time. Fourth, get ready enough food and water, they can offer energy and help after works at once. Above all, please make our college proud.
第二篇作文：
Now that The Fifth Urban Sport Meet is coming. Here, I want to say a few word to everyone. First, you should always remember who you are because everything you say and do represents our school.
Second, you should wear your uniform and ID cards during working times. Considering that some students might lose their ID cards, the committee made three for each person.
Third, you should always keep smile on your face, and contact your teacher in case of emergency. And the most importantly, never lose your temper with spectators or athletes in the presence of passers-by.

考研英語的寫作，想要拿到分數，必須經由三個循環步驟“看、寫、改”。
