闲话少叙，咱们开始，首先是背景+申请结果：
1. 背景与申请
1.1 自己申请总结
本科沈阳建筑土木，硕士哈尔滨工业大学建筑与土木工程。本科班级第一，硕士也是前三。托福一战90二战105。GMAT720。
硕士申博士。
推荐信是本科班主任＋实习领导＋硕士期间任课老师。
文书是自己团队润色的。从头到尾除了申请费没多花过钱。
申请澳洲和香港为主。
拿到了悉尼大学和阿德莱德大学的csc邀请信。后来不打算申了就没用了。悉尼大学是可靠度，阿德莱德大学是高性能混凝土。
香港这边有港科大和港城大的，地产金融建造管理这方面的。这个准备去。明年一月入学。
澳门大学拿到了结构检测方向的博士offer。这个就不去了。。
还有一个悉尼科技大学，一开始老师给了一个csc邀请信，后来自己申学校全奖给了conditional offer。结构检测。不过也应该不考虑去了。
正经填系统的都过了。之前还跟港大，港理工，普度，康涅狄格的老师Skype过，跟港中大深圳的胡老师面对面聊过，毛老师电话聊过。但是这几个学校我没有正式填写系统。所以也不用谈过不过。
1.2 择校选择
择校标准：三个硬性条件——城市，排名，学科专业。
城市：世界级大城市。我的本硕都在中国二线副省级城市，有点呆够了，想去大城市看看。比如东京香港纽约洛杉巴黎，悉尼也可以算上，包括大阪，京都，新加坡，墨尔本，马德里，柏林，慕尼黑，也是可以接受的。但是你让我去阿德莱德，这我就算了吧。排除阿德莱德。
排名：比我的硕士母校高100名以上，QS THE ARWU USNEWS任何一个榜高HIT 100+即可。所以澳门大学被排除了。
学科专业：能不学土木就不学了。如果没有地产金融 绿色建筑这种offer，在几个土木的offer中，无疑，悉尼大学最合适。可是既然来了地产金融，那就没办法了。悉尼大学遗憾出局。同理悉尼科技也是再见了。
就剩下了HK双雄。所以就定在HK了。
还有一个隐藏条件——读博自力更生不跟家里要钱。
这样的看来，HK双雄也是极为核算的。而澳洲的几个offer，在“钱景”上不尽如人意。
1.3 奖学金金额
澳洲：阿德莱德和悉尼大学的CSC是国家出钱，学校免学费。如果拿到的话我国一个月给1700澳元的奖学金。不分城市。悉尼科技大学的全奖没记错的话是cover学费+26682澳元/年。
香港：政府奖学金HKPFS(还是HKFPS来着，忘了)20000港币/月，普通奖学金16000港币/月。普通奖学金具体根据学校会有不同，比如城大是16200，理工是16400，港大是16330，中文印象中是15800 。总之都是16000上下几百块浮动。
澳门：濠江学者计划是4年100万澳门元。和港府奖学金基本一个价位，普通奖学金12000-14000澳门元不等。
港中深：之前文章有讲过，大概是5000/月的生活费+cover学费。cover的方式有多种不细说了。
美帝：全奖听说是cover学费+2400刀/月。但是我没申过也不了解。CSC是学费免除+2000/1800/1700 刀 per month。分地区的。比如纽约应该是2000，而田纳西，印第安纳，麻省，应该是1700/月。
1.4 其他申请情况
1.4.1 自家学妹
学妹夕夜：本科非211，学分绩84但是有一科挂科，省政府奖学金，外文论文两篇但是是第四作者，省部级及以上奖励5-10项，雅思6.5（7+7+6+5.5）.
拿到英国一些一二百名开外的大学的人力资源master offer，考上了本校的学硕，还有香港城市大学建造管理master offer. 最终选择cityu建造管理。
1.4.2 外校熟人
LX：本科211硕士985，土木工程，本科专业第一92+，硕士82.3，托福105+GRE325，奖项不清楚，硕士有一篇中文EI. 南加大全奖被拒，目前有阿尔伯塔和西安大略的全奖，申了普度的CSC。
MG：本硕985（一个学校），均分都是85左右，土木工程，托福94+GRE317，UIUC没消息，德州奥斯丁被拒，莫纳什CSC offer，米兰理工全奖。
ZY：本硕211（不是一个学校），本科90.6+硕士83，机械工程，雅思7+GRE322，新加坡国立和南洋理工没消息，墨尔本理工全奖，西澳大利亚大学csc，香港理工全奖。
KOP：本科非211硕士澳洲八大，人力资源行政管理类，本科绩点3.67硕士3.35（她说是换算的我也不知道咋换算的），雅思7已经失效（在英语国家读书可以不考英语考试），香港中文没消息，香港城大全奖offer班（但是没到16000），日本的一个大学的全奖offer，本校的CSC offer。
1.4.3 网络论坛
本科211，托福105+gre317，测绘工程，均分88+，申PhD，明尼苏达双城，德州奥斯丁被拒，俄亥俄PhD和代尔夫特理工master无奖学金，亚利桑那PhD全奖，卡尔加里master全奖。
本科985，托福105没写GRE，土木工程，均分4.1/5.0，卡梅master无奖。
本科国内985与国外大学合办的学校，硕士UIUC，经济类专业，本科绩点3.2+硕士绩点3.8，103+319，密歇根，匹兹堡，威斯康星被拒，南加大PhD 小奖，康涅狄格，渥太华PhD 无奖，阿尔伯塔全奖。
本科985 学分绩3.77，硕士国科大，学分绩3.65.本科信管硕士管科，104+325，罗格斯大学公共政策PhD 全奖 offer。
双非本科，学分绩80，土木专业，跨专业申请建筑系master，拿到曼大和谢菲的建筑学一年制硕士，雅思6.5。
本科985，学分绩89+，专业前4%，数理统计大数据类专业，申请master，拿到牛津offer，伦敦政经+苏黎世联邦理工+帝国理工+伦敦政经+UCL 无奖offer。
本科985，雅思7+gmat730，学分绩3.8/4.0，金融系，申请新加坡国立金融PhD被拒，拿到新国立的量化金融和金融工程master offer.
2.套词信
2.1 撰写依据
我觉得套磁信最重要的是“建立自己与导师之间的联系”和“介绍自己”。此外我也没啥套路，我也不会写长难句，也不爱写多。放上几个套词成功的案例（成功指的是老师邀请远程面试，或者加了微信，或者学校给了offer，或者给了CSC邀请信）。其实我很懒，以下邮件内容大部分都是......

2.2 港校导师
最近的一篇文章的主角，港大商科老师（没申但是面试了）：
