Recently, there were new colleagues joined our office. Two boys and one girl.
They are all fresh graduates, very young and no work experience. They are all graduated from the famous university. Bechelor or graduate degree.
The office leader gave me a new work task, that's make a new colleague familiar with the business.
The next step, I will acquaint him with the office environment and my work. And let him know the company business as soon as possible.
Until he can deal with the business alone.
