J联赛持续引进大牌球员，鸟栖沙岩成功将曾经赢得过欧冠、欧联、世界杯以及欧锦赛冠军的托雷斯纳入麾下，但是球队却只拿到14个积分排名倒数第二，无力争冠的他们只能全力保级。

The J-League keeps adding big names to their teams as Sagan Tosu managed to sign Fernando Torres, who comes to Japan after winning the Champions League, the Europa League, the World Cup and the Euros, but with the team sitting second from the bottom with only 14 points, now he won’t play for silverware but to avoid relegation.
Sagan Tosu is unbeaten in the last eight in all competitions, but overall have won only four of the last 17, losing eight in the process.
In front of their supporters they have won only two league games so far this season, losing double of that and not being able to score in three of them.
Vegalta Sendai is in the other hand eight with 22 points, only eight behind the top-3 and eight ahead of their rivals here, and despite losing heavily against Yokohama Marinos last week (2-8) they won the previous three back to back, and seven of the last 10 played in all competitions.
On the road they have lost only one of the last four, winning the other three, scoring six and keeping a clean sheet in those four, and are unbeaten against Sagan Tosu in the last three consecutive, winning two, so we expect them to take at least a point here.
