过去十年以来，深圳中央商务区的高楼大厦鳞次栉比拔地而起，在这样的环境中，另一个“特殊”的造型并不会显得出众，而是会被淹没其中。于是，一个简约、干净整齐的形象出现在设计构想中。我们尝试在这个大城市里为企业创造一个独一无二的标志，它在树立城市标杆，彰显企业实力和价值方面均能带来积极的效应。商业裙房被划分为四个建筑体块，简洁的体块被明确而清晰地组织起来，塔楼树立其中，形成虚实对比强烈，形态高耸挺拔的建筑体量。此外，这种划分方式还使得建筑在地面层上产生了一种非常有趣的高低大小的错落之感。建筑形体朝向城市景观，获得俯瞰城市建筑群落和景致的良好视野。

We explored different open window schemes:

In addition, we changed the shape of the tower. Turn the original square corner into a rounded corner and use radians and grooves to make the overall shape more light, gentle and rich. The facade design of the commercial skirt is in harmony with the tower facade. The carefully selected design vocabulary conveys an upscale shopping experience. The open and advertising-oriented commercial skirt room becomes part of the advertisement itself, attracting people from the past. The smooth lines outline the light and simple geometry of the building, adding a unique touch to the urban skyline. The high transparency glass curtain wall conveys a high quality sense, and the open, transparent and fashionable facade is in contrast with the shenzhen business center and the type building, which together shapes the city’s interface.

The zigzag and smooth lines adhere to the design philosophy of fashion and simplicity, and agree with the whole building.
