昨天我们从比较对象标准，比较词判断，和比较对象的判断的三个方面分析了比较题。那么能不能完全掌握比较题，还是需要大家跟我一起牛刀小试。
接下来的例题，我们都按照以下统一的比较题解题步骤讲解：

3：判断比较对象是否正确
例一：
Many kitchens today are equipped with high-speed electrical gadgets, such as blenders and food processors, which are able to inflict as serious injuries as those caused by an industrial wood-planning machine.
(A) which are able to inflict as serious injuries as those
(B) which can inflict serious injuries such as those
(C) inflicting injuries as serious as that having been
(D) capable to inflict injuries as serious as that
(E) capable of inflicting injuries as serious as those
1：划线部分有as…as ，判断考比较这个考点
2：判断比较词是否正确
根据比较词的判断，排除B
3：判断比较对象是否正确
A as…as B这种比较句型里面比较的是A和B，所以我们需要用平行的数形一致概念一致来判断A和B是否可以比较。
A选项比较的是blenders and food processors are able to inflict 和 those(injuries) caused by an industrial wood-planning machine. 比较的是blenders and food processors 可以造成伤害 这件事和伤害这个名词，显然两者之间不可比。
C 选项比较的是injuries和 that having been caused by an industrial wood-planning machine. 显然这里的that指代的是前面的injuries，单复数错误。
D 选项与C同理， that指代injuries，但是单复数错误。
E 选项用的是thoes单复数没有问题，然后as…as前后对比的是：injuries和 those caused by an industrial wood-planning machine，因为比较的是blender and processor 带来的injuries和机器带来的injuries，所以正确。
正确选项：E
例二：
According to a recent study, retirees in the United States are four times more likely to give regular financial aid to their children as to receive it from them.
(A) retirees in the United States are four times more likely to give regular financial aid to their children as
(B) retirees in the United States are four times as likely to give regular financial aid to their children as it is for them
(C) retirees in the United States are four times more likely to give regular financial aid to their children than
(D) it is four times more likely for retirees in the United States to give regular financial aid to their children than they are
(E) it is four times as likely that retirees in the United States will give their children regular financial aid as they are
1 划线部分有more … as知道这题考察比较这个考点。
2 判断比较词是否正确。
根据比较词的判断，A选项排除。
3 判断比较对象是否正确。
B选项比较的是four times和 it is for them…倍数无法和具体的一件事比较。
C 选项比较的是to give regular financial aid to their children和to receive it from them 给予和接收完全可以比较。留下。
D 选项比较的是 to give regular financial aid to their children和 they are to receive it from them，因为比较是并列的分支，前后不能并列，所以前后不能比较。
E选项比较的是four times 和 they are...，他们不能并列，所以不能比较。
正确选项C.
