It was an unusual Chinese New Year for all of us. The sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) must have upset your perfect plan for the spring festival, stopping your trip to return to hometown for the family reunion or postponing your resumption of work.
這個春節註定非同尋常，一場突如其來的疫情打亂了您過年的節奏，或許影響了您歸鄉的腳步，或許擱置了您團圓的期望，或許延遲了您復工的時間。
We all know that everyone of us has a deep love for Zhengzhou, a city with splendid history and great vitality, and that each remarkable achievement of Zhengzhou is the result of our joint efforts, each soaring figure represents our painstaking endeavor and wisdom, each rising urban district keeps our unforgettable memories, and each impressive report of the city records the moment of our struggle and pursuit of dreams.

Since the spread of the epidemic, Zhengzhou has established the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group promptly; we've opened 24-hour service hotlines, so that you can reach us at any time; we've set up an Anti-NCP Service Site at each community, each building and the exit of each expressway to monitor and record the temperature of people around the clock; we've also published 13 notices about the anti-NCP measures, which you must have also received on your mobile phone. Our strictness in work and repeated tips are for the health of everyone. We will try our best to ensure the sufficient supply of basic necessities, the stability of commodity price and the safe travelling, removing your worries about your daily life. In addition, by making use of the big data and artificial intelligence technology, we've launched a three-dimensional epidemic prevention and control system that covers the traffic, communities and enterprises of the entire city, forming an intelligent close-loop management; given the latest epidemic situation, we've deferred the restart of work and the school time properly, expecting that you can return to work and school in good health. All in all, we are taking all possible measures to curb the epidemic and safeguard your health and safety.

At this very moment, if your return trip to Zhengzhou has been delayed, please do take good care of yourself; wherever you are, when the epidemic is gone and the spring comes, you are welcome to Zhengzhou, where we can work together to resume the splendidness of the beautiful city we are all living in.
