Electrically Propelled Road Vehicles - Safety Specifications - Part 3: Protection of Persons against Electric Shock

1SCOPE

This part of GB/T 18384 specifies requirements for the electric propulsion systems and conductively connected auxiliary electric systems, if any, of electrically propelled road vehicles (EPRV) for the protection of persons inside and outside the vehicle against electric shock.

This part is applicable to the EPRVs whose maximum working voltage of on-board propulsion system is voltage class B. Electric motorcycles and electric mopeds may also refer to the provisions of this standard.

This part is not applicable to non-road vehicles, such as material handling trucks and forklifts.

This part is not intended to provide instructions for assembly, maintenance and repair of EPRVs.

3 術語和定義

GB/T 19596 界定的以及下列術語和定義適用於本文件.

3.1

可充電儲能系統rechargable energy storage system

REESS

可充電的且可提供電能的能量存儲系統.如蓄電池、電容器.

3.2

A 級電壓voltage class A electric circuits

最大工作電壓小子或等於30 Va.c.(rms),或小於或等於60 Vd.c. 的電力組件或電路.

B 級電壓電路voltage class B electric circ皿ts

最大工作電壓大於30 Va.c.(ms)且小於或等於1 000 Va.c.(rms) ,就大於60 V 直流(d.c.)且小於或等於1500 V 直流( d.c.)的電力組件或電路.

基本防護basic protection

無故障情況下防止帶電部分直接接觸。

3.5

遮攔barrier

能夠在任何通常的進入方向上防止直接接觸的部件.

3.6

外殼enclosure

用來防止設備受到某種外部影響或任何方向上直接接觸的部件.

注g 外部影響可以包括水或灰塵的進入,防止機械破壞.

3.7

電位均衡potential equalization

電氣設備的外露可導電部分之間電位差最小化.

3.8

電力系統負戴balance of electric power system

斷開所有REESS 和燃料電池堆,剩下的B 級電壓電路.
