今天學習時間介詞in, on和at的用法。
先來看3個句子。
I start work at 8 o'clock.
我8點開始工作。
I don't work on Sundays.
我星期天不工作。
Let's meet in April.
我們四月見面吧。
這三個句子中， 8 o'clock, Sundays和 April都是表示時間，但它們前面用的介詞卻分別是at, on和in。為什麼同樣都表示時間，使用的介詞不一樣呢？
at,on和in這三個時間介詞的用法是怎樣的，我們一起來看看。

in後跟年、月、世紀和很長的一段時間，如：
in 2 weeks在兩週內

可以看到：
in後面跟的是比較大的時間，如：
年：in 1979 在1979年
月：in July 在七月
星期：in three weeks 三個星期後
十年:in the 80's 在80年代
世紀：in the 1800's 在19世紀
on後面跟的是較小的時間，如：
星期：on Sunday在週日
on my birthday在我生日那天
on the 4th of May 5月4日
on New Year's Day在新年的第一天
at後面跟的是最小的時間，如：
時間：at 9 am 早上9點
at 8 o'clock 8點鐘
at half past seven 7點半
週末：at the weekend 週末
注意：
at的on後面都可以接假期，兩者的區別如下圖中講到的：
at後跟假期時是沒有day的，而on後跟假期時是有day的。如：
at Christmas在聖誕節
at Easter在復活節
at New Years在新年
on Christmas Day在聖誕節那天
on New Year's Day在新年的第一天

He has coffee in the morning, tea in the aftemoon and wine in the evening.
他早上喝咖啡，下午喝茶，晚上喝葡萄酒。
I work during the morning/aftemoon/evening/day/night.
我在早上/下午/晚上/白天/晚上工作。
Let's meet at 6 pm.
我們下午6點見。
The clock strikes twelve at midday/noon/midnight.
鍾在中午/中午/午夜敲12下。
The condemned man was shot at sunrise/dawn.
那個被判死刑的人在日出時被槍斃了。
The streetlights come on at sunset/dust.
日落時街燈亮了。
We can see the stars at night.
