(Bree is sitting in her nightgown staring at clothes laid out on the bed.布里穿著睡衣坐著，眼睛盯著一堆擺在床上的衣服)
Rex: Why aren't you dressed yet?
你怎麼還沒換衣服？
dressed adj. 穿著衣服（可以外出的衣服，穿著睡衣不可以用 be dressed)
fully dressed 穿戴整齊
要出門結果對方還穿著睡衣，這時就可以說：
Hurry up and get dressed.快點換衣服。
get dressed 換衣服，穿衣服，表動作
be dressed 穿好衣服（表狀態）
Bree: I wanted to wear Andrew's favourite colour. Then I realised that I don't know what it is.
我想穿上安德魯最喜歡的顏色，卻發現我不知道他喜歡什麼顏色。
Rex: Oh, honey. I think the fact you decided to come at all will make him happy.
親愛的，我覺得你去看他就應該很開心了。
Bree: Yours is blue. Danielle loves pink. And I have no idea what my own son's favourite colour is.
你喜歡藍色，丹妮爾喜歡粉色，我不知道自己的兒子最喜歡的顏色是什麼
Rex: I'm telling you it doesn't matter.
我跟你說，這不重要。
Bree: How can you say that it doesn't matter? Of course it matters.
你怎麼能這麼說，這沒關係？這當然重要。
Rex: Bree.布里。
Bree: That is what makes a good mother. Someone who knows their child inside and out, so that if they get into trouble they'll know what to do. (sighs) I don't know him well enough.
知道這些才算是個好媽媽，媽媽因該瞭解孩子的一切，所以當孩子們遇到困難，媽媽們才知道怎麼辦。我不夠了解他。
(Rex touches Bree's face, turning her to look at him.)
Rex: You are a good mother.
你是個好母親。
Bree: (takes a deep breath深吸一口氣) Brown or green?I just don't know.
棕色還是綠色？我不知道。
Rex: I'm going to wait in the car. Whenever you're ready.
我去車裡等你。慢慢來，彆著急。
Bree: Green. I'll go with green, everybody loves green.
綠色。我穿綠色去，人人都喜歡綠色。
