我想知道是不是
全世界的学校都有军训这种东西
我特意问了两位国际友人
满足了我的好奇心

Xavier：Do your schools have military training in your country?

Yes we’re doing that here in Indonesia. Starts from elementary school to senior high school, we got a mandatory Scout-lessons as part of Indonesian Scout Movement organization program that applies to the public school only.
是的，在印度尼西亚，从小学到高中，都有强制性的未成年人军事训练课程，这也是印度尼西亚军事计划的一部分，但也仅仅是在公立学校。
The scout class teach some cool stuff, such as: morse code, jungle survival, long march, rigging(rope systems), compass navigation, and some other useful stuffs. It’s like more militarized boyscout class which are cool actually, but it became less favorable by the students this days. (dunno why…)
侦察班（译者注：此处可能是说军训分为不同兵种来训练）会教一些很酷的东西，比如：莫尔斯电码、丛林生存、远途行进、索具、指南针导航和其他一些很实用的东西。这更像是男青年军事训练班，其实还是很酷的，但不知道为什么现在的学生们不太喜欢。
And then at the collegiate level, we got Indonesian College Students Regiment aka MENWA . The MENWA are basically the military-trained college students.

They’re like tier 3 military reserve personel. They got basic military training such as: shooting lesson, combat tactics, martial arts, survival, parachuting, combat swimming, reconnaissance, and some other cool military stuffs. This MENWA thing is also get less favorable by the students this days and there’s no explainable reason for this.
他们就像三级预备役军人，都已经掌握了基本的军事技能，比如射击、战略战术、武术、生存、跳伞、战斗游泳、侦察以及各种酷炫的军事装备的使用，毫无疑问学生们也非常喜欢这些教官。

There are schools here that provide military preparation in college, high school, or even earlier.
有的学校会在大学、高中甚至小学就军训。
Of course, some would say that there are schools (certainly individual teachers) here that provide their students in anti-military training too…ready to protest whenever the military does anything.
当然，也有一些学校（特别是私立学校）也会提供反军事训练，随时准备在有军事行动的时候抗议。
