翻譯不是一部機器，在翻譯的過程中不但翻譯語言，也在傳遞情感和立場。
對於複雜的古詩詞的翻譯來說，由於中文和英文的文化背景差別很大，其中深刻的文化內涵很難在翻譯中體現出來，一般都只能翻譯大意。而張璐翻譯得很好，在短時間內，不僅準確，而且清楚。翻譯界對於古詩詞的翻譯要求是信、達、雅，基本要求是忠實於本意，其次要準確、易懂。
