安伊高鐵:中國第一條“駛出”國門的高鐵

從土耳其首都安卡拉到最大城市伊斯坦布爾的安伊高鐵,是土耳其歷史上的第一條高鐵,也是中國企業在海外修建的第一條高速鐵路。安伊高鐵全長533公里,其中,由中國鐵建股份有限公司牽頭組成聯合體中標承建的第二標段長度為158公里,已於2014年通車。

The high-speed railway between Turkey’s capital Ankaraand its largest city Istanbul is the first in Turkish history, and was also the first to be built overseas by Chinese enterprises. The Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Rail is 533 kilometers long, of which the second phase construction led by China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC), is 158 kilometers long and opened to trafficin 2014.

近日,北京電臺一帶一路特別報道組在伊斯坦布爾採訪時,就感受到了土耳其“高鐵時代”帶來的便捷:

一路上,列車平穩行駛,不時有列車員推著小車穿梭,售賣食品。如果不是滿車廂的外國人面孔,你會以為是在國內乘坐高鐵。

Along the way, the train runs smoothly. From time to time, the train attendants pass through the carriages selling food from a trolley, a practice common on Chinese railway.

安伊高鐵的車廂佈局與國內高鐵類似,車廂每排四個座位,每節車廂可乘坐40人,車廂內乾淨整潔。

The Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Railway compartment layout is similar to China’s domestic high-speed railway, with four seats in each row. Clean and tidy, every carriage can accommodate 40 passengers.

安伊高鐵二期40%的路段都是橋樑和涵洞,是工程量最大、也是難度最高的一段路。土耳其為了加入歐盟,安伊高鐵也是採用歐洲標準,監理和業主對安全質量、圖紙設計、施工管理等各方面的要求都非常嚴格。

40% of the second phase of Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Railway was bridge and culvert, which was the most difficult section with the largest amount of construction. In order to join the European Union, Turkey adopted European standards for high-speed rail in the construction of Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Railway. Supervisors and the owner of the railway have to meet strict requirements on safety and quality, drawing design, construction management among others.

除此之外,由於項目是由中國鐵建牽頭聯合土耳其當地企業組成合包集團共同建設的,多家公司合作施工,互相影響和制約的因素多,這都加大了工程如期完工的難度。

Inaddition, the project was jointly constructed by CRCC and local Turkish enterprises, meaning many companies cooperated with each other in the process.There were many factors affecting and restricting each other, which made it more difficult to complete the project on schedule.

2014年7月,土耳其總統埃爾多安及夫人出席通車儀式並試乘首發高鐵,埃爾多安對中國公司施工質量連連稱讚。

In July 2014, Turkish President Erdogan and his wife attended the opening ceremony and took the first high-speed rail journey. Erdogan praised the high construction quality of the Chinese company.

“一帶一路”互聯互通,首先交通要聯通。近年來,中國鐵路“走出去”的步伐不斷加快。截至目前,中國鐵建已在“一帶一路”沿線42個國家開展業務,把中國產品、中國設備、中國技術、中國標準帶出國門,走向世界。這些鐵路項目的穩步推進,也成為“一帶一路”建設的重要篇章。

"One Belt and One Road" emphasizes interconnection. First of all, transport infrastructure must be linked. In recent years, China's railways has accelerating its pace of “Going Out Strategy”. Up to now, CRCC has carried out projects in 42 countries along the "Belt and Road", bringing Chinese products,equipment, technology and standards to the world. The steady progress of these railway projects has also become an important chapter in the construction of "One Belt and One Road".
