·存在EGFR，ALK等敏感突变的患者，考虑优先应用相应的靶向药物；
·不存在敏感突变，但存在PD-L1表达阳性的患者，优先使用PD-1抑制剂；
化疗真的挺受罪，但也别妖魔化，很多癌症还是非常有效的
·病情缓解程度：Keytruda和化疗在客观缓解率（ORR）上不分上下（27.3%对26.5%），但Keytruda的缓解时间长达20.2个月，远好于化疗组的8-10个月；
·分组分析：Keytruda最明显的优势区域是PD-L1表达超过50%的患者群体，中位生存期可从12.2个月延长到20个月；对PD-L1表达超过20%和超过1%的患者，Keytruda也可将生存期延长4.6个月
