最近，500强快消巨头宝洁，放出了2018暑期实习生招聘的信息。其实，按照悠久传统，早在去年9月份，宝洁实习生项目，就同应届生校园招聘一起，放出了招聘启事。但令“青青湾求职”青青君感到不解的是，貌似“平淡如水，波澜不惊”。

为什么我们开始不爱宝洁了？
事实上，宝洁的没落并非突然而至，而是随着时间的推移，慢慢病入膏肓。
宝洁的财报中显示，报告期内（2017年10月-12月）销售额173.95亿美元，同比上升3.2%，净利润24.95亿美元，同比下降68.3%。一句话概括就是，业绩增长乏力，利润又下跌太多。
宝洁公司首席财务官Jon Moeller在投资者电话会议上表示，2017年宝洁已将其全球合作的6000家营销代理公司数量减少到2500家，在过去一年已经省下了多达7.5亿美元的广告制作费。

援引某评论的观点：
宝洁的产品都呈现出了一种强烈的“只打基本功能”“只对妈妈说话”质感。宝洁到现在还认为消费者洗头就是为了去屑，洗衣服就是去污，洗手就是为了除菌。
而且宝洁只愿意和妈妈沟通，比如舒肤佳，“为了孩子的健康（各种细菌），作为一个负责人的妈妈，你得买块舒肤佳。”
在上个时代这个套路是完全行得通的，因为那时候大家对日化产品的要求低，并且购买主力就是妈妈群体，所以宝洁的销量一直很好。
但是现在时代变了，市场趋于饱和，基本功能是每个产品都可以满足的，消费者开始注意品质和差异化的功能。
另外，家庭的概念正在瓦解，最典型的是在一线城市，越来越多的单身，越来越多的丁克，家庭成员的数量越来越来少。“妈妈”这个群体正在“消失”。就算是已经生娃的女性，也不会像之前一样把自己锁死在“妈妈”这个认知上，而是更多强调自我的价值。
消费升级是大势所趋，曾经最懂消费者的宝洁，却渐渐在和消费者貌合神离，渐行渐远。
宝洁校招：毕竟，我们曾经爱过
按照知名自媒体人纽约老李校长的说法：
2003年，宝洁，在大学生杂志，在水木清华，在北大未名的BBS上经常有人得意洋洋的分享拿了他们这些公司的offer。神一样的存在。
为什么火？
首先，他们给的钱多，宝洁2003年就能达到年薪十万，出差每天补助120。你对比下，那个时候的房价多少？
其次，最重要的宝洁招聘不看你本科专业，只要通过他们的面试，笔试就可以。那么意味着，每个专业的学生都有机会，都可以参与，那么参与者多，话题性就强！
还有一个关键因素，他们非常注重从大学生里培养预备队，那个年代很多外企还比较现实，喜欢从社会上招聘熟手，校园招聘不如他们重视。
那时候新东方的徐小平给中国大学生给出的人生成功经验是，进外企，读MBA，回来进投行或者世界银行工作，人生的成功路线图。而进宝洁，去申请美国商学院非常有帮助。
最可恶的就是宝洁，喜欢全国大学巡回做校园招聘，一个城市根本招不了一个人，但是就是喜欢作秀，吊你胃口。我现在看来，就跟耍猴的题一样。
13年前，进这些公司说出去装逼没问题，不止是宝洁，四大，说自己是索尼，惠普的一样超级装逼。
现在呢？

也可以说，P&G这样的职位的吸引力与竞争力开始逐渐走下坡路，最明显下滑是在2012年左右，而这也是互联网领域的职位吸引力不断飙升的时间点。
一方面，P&G这一类的外资快消巨头在中国境内告别了过去近十年的高速增长，部分由于经济的疲软以及整体快消行业步入成熟期，部分由于本土竞争对手的不断崛起。增长的放缓意味着开源的放缓，为了保住企业的利润，就不得不在节流上下功夫。而人力成本首当其冲，意味着晋升速度的放缓以及加薪幅度的降低，甚至是局部性的人员缩减。
另一方面，互联网迎来了2000年之后的又一次爆发性增长，电子商务、移动互联网、O2O等领域的兴起重新唤来了资本的青睐，天下熙熙，皆为利来，人才也在不断向互联网行业流动。
