這個表達可能很多人都很熟悉，不過這表達使用很廣泛，意思在不同的情景和場合也完全不一樣。總結下來大概有八種意思。
Take it easy. 的第一個意思是be careful，“注意點，小心點”。

小心點，注意腳下。
Take it easy. 的第二個意思是be patient，“不要急，慢慢來”。

別急，我們有的是時間。
Take it easy. 的第三個意思是calm down，don't be nervous，“不要慌；別緊張”。

上臺不要緊張。
Take it easy. 的第四個意思是Be gentle，“溫和點”。

溫和點，他還只是個孩子。
