老公換了新工作，住房就在公司宿舍六樓。沒有電梯，搬家那天，我們扛著行李爬樓梯。
樓道很乾淨，每層拐角處都放著一個垃圾筒，上面連一點汙漬都沒有。看來這裡的清潔工很敬業。
再看垃圾筒裡面，我的好印象瞬間打了折扣，裡面放的大多是空飲料瓶。把這種可回收資源扔進垃圾筒，既浪費又不環保，送到廢品收購處還能換幾瓶飲料錢呢。
等到打開房門，又被屋裡的情形驚呆了，只見屋裡到處都散落著空飲料瓶。看來這個房間的前主人喜歡喝飲料卻懶得打掃。
這些飲料瓶，整整裝了兩大塑料袋。第二天早上老公去上班，我拎著塑料袋下樓，打算送到廢品收購站去。
樓道還和昨天一樣乾淨，欄杆剛擦過，垃圾筒也都清空了。走到三樓，兩個女孩一人拎著兩個空飲料瓶扔進垃圾筒。

她們見我拎著裝滿空飲料瓶的袋子下樓去，眼裡露出一絲驚訝。
兩袋塑料瓶換回十幾塊錢，老公下班後，我把這事講給他聽，還憤憤地指責亂丟飲料瓶的人太懶。
老公卻說：“你知道他們為什麼把飲料瓶放進垃圾筒嗎？”
老公說，那些飲料瓶是清潔工的一筆隱形收入，把它們放進垃圾筒是為了讓清潔工撿啊。他們才更珍惜這份工作，努力把工作做到最好。當初大樓的清潔工換了很多，可衛生狀況一直不好。最後大家想到這個主意，衛生狀況才徹底改善。
老公意味深長地說：“留點漏洞，讓別人也有利可圖，這樣才能合作共贏啊！”
我慢慢地回過味來。確實，人與人交往都不必太精明，小事糊塗，關係才會更融洽。
商場上，留點漏洞給合作伙伴，大家都有利可圖，合作關係才會更牢固；
職場上，留點漏洞給下屬或同事，讓他們也有發光的機會，團隊才會越來越強大；
生活中，留點漏洞給鄰居和朋友，讓他們有好處可得，才會和你越走越近，在你需要幫助時伸出援助之手。
雖一件簡單的小事，細細品來，這是一種社交智慧，更是一種人生哲學。
