牛津树家庭版第一阶段：Getting ready to read共12册，其中First Stories 6册，Phonic 6册。
睡觉时间到，爸爸妈妈在看书，Kipper 过来了，床上变成3个人，之后Biff, Chip也过来了，床上变成了4个人，然后5个人，最后，连Floppy也来凑热闹，当Floppy窜上床，啊！床再也承受不住，塌了！
一家人真是欢乐多啊！
这本书的内容非常简单，一般不需要翻译，主要是读图，看图说话，并享受其中乐趣。
大人基础好的可以用英文拓展，不好的也可以中文引导延伸，只要孩子喜欢就好，小宝宝以大人引导为主，如果孩子大一点有一些基础，可以鼓励孩子来教教大人，孩子看图说话和大人看图说话是不一样的。不要求孩子说得有多好，只要TA喜欢看书愿意说就行，家长启蒙的目标从来不是让孩子的英语学得又快又好，而是让他们爱上阅读。

What's the meaning of this title？ Get 是得到抓到的意思，Dad 是爸爸，get dad在这里是泼爸爸的意思。
让我们看一下封面，封面上这里有两个人，他们分别是，爸爸和谁呢？对了，是Kipper。我们看他们在干什么呢？我们看到爸爸手里提着一个水枪并且水枪里面在滋水出来。

Go on有非常多的含义，最常见的，能够单独出现时，一般指：继续，快！
既然是爸爸和孩子们玩游戏，那我就翻译成了"快！"更符合情境。

玩法介绍：
1、和孩子听歌谣Ten in the Bed. 这首歌谣很好玩哦。
数量的变化，就在这首歌谣当中啦。
2、可以和孩子将各种毛绒玩具找出来，一个个放在床上.
放第一个：one in the bed.
第二个：two in the bed.
第三个：tree in the bed
......
之后再唱起Ten in the Bed 的歌谣，一个个的小毛绒玩具掉下来。表示带孩子玩过这个游戏，孩子们简直不要太兴奋啊。
3、 数一数
4、来一场真正的打水仗游戏，把绘本中的句子尽量用上，但是得注意安全。怕孩子随意模仿，所以要玩泼水得提前跟孩子讲好注意事项。
①在一个安全的环境内打水仗！（在澡盆、浴室或者户外嬉水池、草坪）
②、征得他人同意，必须能够接受被泼水！可以穿上雨衣raincoat 或者带上游泳帽
③、使用安全的工具去泼水！（水桶bucket，水盆basin、水枪water gun、水勺bailer）
④、去安全的地方打水！（在澡盆、浴室或者户外嬉水池）
