距離民航總醫院楊文醫生遇害不到一個月，幾公里之隔的朝陽醫院在昨天下午再次發生傷醫事件。
2020年1月20日13時55分，北京朝陽醫院眼科發生暴力傷醫事件，共有三名醫護人員被砍傷，另有一位患者受傷，其中一名陶姓醫生受傷最為嚴重，後腦勺胳膊多處被砍傷。
事發現場視頻可以看到，在朝陽醫院門診樓內，地上滿是血跡。多名保安和民警在現場維持秩序。
據現場一名目擊者稱，當時，在門診樓7層的眼科診室內，眼科主任陶勇醫生正在接診，一名患者家屬持大菜刀將工作中的陶勇醫生砍傷。陶勇醫生身中數刀，從診室跑出，該傷人者從7層追砍陶醫生到6層，後被保安制服。同時，眼科還有兩名醫護人員在拉架過程中被砍傷。現場還有一名母親帶孩子看病被誤傷。
At around 2 pm on Monday, the violent incident happened at the ophthalmology department at the Beijing Chaoyang Hospital of Capital Medical University. An ophthalmologist, surnamed Tao, was seriously injured and suffered multiple injures by the kitchen knife held by Cui.
事發後，醫院保安和民警陸續趕到，將傷人家屬當場控制，並將其送至派出所。
Police have detained the suspect, and an investigation is underway.
1月20日，北京市衛健委隨後發佈通告稱，對在醫療機構發生的暴力 傷醫行為表示強烈譴責，對受傷人員表示親切慰問，對見義勇為行為表示誠摯敬意。
Beijing Municipal Health Commission later released a statement which strongly condemned the violent acts toward doctors and vowed to combat violence against medical staff.
北京市衛健委發文稱終對暴力傷醫行為零容忍，並與公安等部門一道，強化警務巡查、警醫協同、聯防聯控；持續加強醫院安保力量，升級技防、人防、物防措施，全面排查糾紛矛盾，堅決打擊各類涉醫違法犯罪行為，切實保障醫務人員人身安全和醫療秩序。北京市醫院安全秩序地方立法工作已經啟動。
The statement also indicated that the Commission will work with the police department to continuously strengthen hospital security, combat all kinds of medical-related crimes and ensure the safety of medical staff and the medical order.
