本品琺琅彩粉彩碗為專場之雋，紋飾寄冬去春來天地雙安之意。碗直口，弧腹，外壁曲線極為柔和、唯美，至底內收，承接圈足，底足修胎完美，胎質細潔緻密，外壁以洋彩繪就梅花、南天竺、水仙，別具匠心。外壁下側繪就一對憨態可掬鵪鶉相伴，色彩絢麗，填色工整華貴。尤鵪鶉、洞石繪就之彩，其瓷胎畫琺琅之質感有明顯別於粉彩之效。

就款識而言，雍正時期琺琅彩瓷常見落「雍正年制」四字料彩款，此類為上述繪於宮內琺琅作之品，而本品碗則為「大清雍正年制」青花款，雖此種落款多見於雍正普遍御窯器上，但遍閱資料，亦可發現臺北故宮博物院藏有數例琺琅彩瓷亦落此類青花款識，可見外黃釉內琺琅彩瓷盤一套；由此說明，雍正時期琺琅彩瓷的製作，除景德鎮白胎送至宮內上彩之外，另有成瓷並落款識者，再施以琺琅裝飾。
