谭乐丹，男，1960年出生于北京，1989年考入中央美术学院中国画系，从师于许静峡，蒋兆和等国内书画名家。现为中国美术家协会理事，国家一级美术师。2001年出版《谭乐丹画集》，其画虎马在充分吸取古代名家成就的基础上，通过多年努力，反复研究前人法理和自然神韵，独开蹊径，自成一家，在虎马画的成就受到国内外名家的高度赞誉。

Tan Ledan, male, born in Beijing in 1960, was admitted to the Chinese Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1989.
