1.通過衛生防疫站的體檢
Satisfactory medical examination results in the Quarantine Station;
2.接受上述錄用待遇；

3.您所提供信息的真實性。
The authenticity of your personal information provided.
4.您的聘用申請生效日期將基於您的工作許可生效日期而定。
Your employment if applicable is subject to your work permit.
如果您接受，請簽字認可，將副聯轉還我們，並於 年 月 日到人力資源部報道，報道時請出示：
Please sign back the slip at the bottom to acknowledge your acceptance and report to duty on Y M D to human Resources Department with the following items:
a.此通知書：This letter；
b.戶口本及身份證（原件及一份複印件）；Identification Card/Passport(original and a copy);
c.勞動手冊及退工單（停薪留職證明、下崗證明、就業證、或原單位簽署的其他證明等均可）
d.最高學歷證書（原件及一份複印件）Your highest Education Certificates(original and copy);
e.彩色一寸近照貳張；Two one-inch recent photo;
f.個人健康證；Medical Certificate;
g.公積金個人賬號；
h.無犯罪記錄證明。Proof of non-criminal record.
報到時我們將安排簽署正式合同。若因任何原因導致報到日期改變，我們將提前通知。
We will sign the employment contract when you report to work. You should the informed on any changes on commencing date.
