瑜伽是一次旅行而不是苦行,你需要享受它。every asana has a journey and you have to enjoy it not suffer on the way.

有時候你會喘不過氣來,或是聽到骨頭的異響,或是一點疼痛的酸爽。Sometimes you will lose your breath, others just hear your bones cracking or feeling a little but gentle and pleasure pain.

​所以,當你在練習的時候,請享受內心的感受。just enjoy all your inner feelings while your practice.
